Legal services. Personal injury lawyer symbol.

In 1954, Richard E. “Dick” Crow founded the Crow Law Firm in Sacramento, California. While it was officially known by different names over the years, in August 2010, the firm became known as the “Crow Law Offices, Inc.” Dick Crow retired in 1997 and passed away in March 2007. His nephew, James F. Gilwee, practiced with the firm from 1968 until his passing in January 2007.

The firm has practiced plaintiff personal injury law and FELA (Federal Employers’ Liability Act) solely since 1954 throughout California. FELA is a federal law and was developed to protect workers’ rights against the railroad companies by whom they are employed. FELA was written into law in 1908, amended in 1939 and is still applicable today.

Currently, Jeffery P. Weninger, is the managing partner of the firm. Jeff has been an attorney with the Crow Law Offices since 2000.
